Club La Santa welcomes you to this week of events with Jan, Tor & Arlette. You will enjoy a week in the sun where you are guaranteed new energy and joy, combined with lots of laughter and good health.

What is the recipe for a healthy, positive life? Our starting point is that everyone is happy, but when you meet new people and learn and try new things, this new awareness can be a breeding ground for small changes in daily life. These small changes can make you a little happier than you might have been yesterday.

Many fascinating scientific studies have shown how exercise and positivity positively affect our health and psyche. We welcome you to this active event week at Club La Santa, where we challenge you to feel what it does to your body and your health when you think positive thoughts and move your body at the same time.

We have put together a varied programme based on positive psychology and training in which everyone can participate, regardless of gender, age, level or ambition.

Our philosophy is that variety is key, and you will be challenged with everything from strength, cardio to mobility, stretching, core, dance and fun social activities. All classes will be different because we want to inspire you to try new forms of exercise.

There will also be several shorter talks/lectures on topics like positive psychology and simple inspiration to be a little happier than yesterday.

Comfort apartment with 1 bedroom CF1 1 adults per room

These apartments have been recently renovated and have two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. This type of apartment is therefore suitable for a maximum of three adults and one child (under 15).
The functionally furnished wardrobe offers enough space for your luggage and sports equipment.
The open plan living / dining room opens onto a private terrace with a table, chairs and a clothesline.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and the kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and the usual kitchenware. All apartments have free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and a safe. Towels are changed daily and we offer a cleaning service five days a week.
Six of these ground floor apartments are suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

One Bedroom Suite with Sea View SU1SV 1 adults per room

Suite apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony. This bright and modern suite apartment with a total area of 89 m² can accommodate up to 6 adults.
The 2 bedrooms have two single beds, a spacious and modern fitted wardrobe and a work area with a work surface, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a drying rack.
The modern kitchen with a high breakfast table is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a cafetiere and a microwave oven. The living room is practically furnished with a spacious sitting area during the day and two comfortable beds at night. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. The second bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A second sink is located in the hallway for your convenience. All suites have air conditioning, TV, free wifi and a safe. Towels are changed daily and we offer a cleaning service five days a week. All suites are located in the newest part of Club La Santa.
